Mission

The Mission of IsRG is to reduce the distance between social healthcare problems and ways to solve them through collaboration with policy makers, managers, providers and customers.

IsRG tries to increase effectiveness and sustainability of the healthcare service through improvement of management systems, access to healthcare services and social policy influence.

IsRG activities are focused on the following:

Raising awareness of healthcare managers, providers and customers through trainings, publications, electronic media and conferences.
Using practical management skills to solve healthcare problems in the society
Improving technical, management and leadership opportunities for individuals and organizations through collaboration and training programs
Supporting healthcare initiatives.

To support this mission IsRG:

IsRG works in two main directions:

Healthcare systems and services - community education, reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, children's health, infections, chronic diseases, etc
Healthcare management and financing - organizational development, strategic planning, operational planning and budgeting, human resources, increase of quality, information systems.
